Our injection presses are utilised to produce high density insulated panels using polyurethane insulation. Throughout the process our panels are quality inspected and then transported easily using our vacuum lift system to reduce manual handling.

At the back of our factory is our door section, we produce bespoke hinged and sliding door sets to the specification required and quality controlled by our in-house technicians.

Finished goods are then moved to plant 5 to be packed with ancillary products and refrigeration equipment ready for transportation. Final inspections and quality checks are carried out to ensure the highest quality products are dispatched.

Once loaded our transportation provides delivery from factory, direct to site this reduces the risk of damage and lowers delivery mileage, providing efficient and environmentally friendly transport for the product.

Our sheet metal department produces all our metalwork demands. Our in-house approach allows us to produce bespoke metal work for bespoke panelling. This reduces waste and cost for the client.
